Matt entered the financial services industry right out of college, working for a Fortune 500 employee benefits company. The Wall Street mentality of the firm was a good experience, but Matt knew early on that he wasn’t cut out for that kind of work. Matt quickly discerned that his real passion was in helping educate individuals about personal finance. He wanted to help people find solutions to their financial challenges, not make Wall Street firms more money. Matt provides uncompromising attention to detail as he reviews his clients’ current financial situation, risk tolerance and personal priorities. He believes the planning process is not just about the bottom like, but also about understanding his clients’ dreams and values. Only then does he suggest appropriate financial strategies to help them set and pursue their lifetime goals.
